Looking for Family Photos with Amazingly Vibrant Golden Hour Light?
Light is what makes or breaks family photos. Great photos require great light. The best light outdoor during the day is during the golden hours. There are two every single day. The first begins at sunrise and the second ends at sunset. It’s the two times of the day when the sun has to go through the most atmosphere during the day. Going through the extra atmosphere at the horizons causes the light to be golden and soft. And golden and soft is exactly what we want in photography.
Why this location is great for family photos
The location I’m discussing today is amazing for its golden hour light. A large grassy field, the grass at this location becomes golden at sunset. It is also a great location for family photos because it is easily accessible. The open space is in the middle of a neighborhood and can easily be parked next to and accessed. It is also relatively unknown. Besides the people who live in the neighborhood, most of the public doesn’t know about this location. That means that we will always have access to the best locations and won’t have to worry about avoiding people in the background.

I’d recommend this location for you if want any or all of the following:
You love the look of a family and children frolicking through a meadow
You have toddlers or small children. We will have the place to ourselves, so we can stretch out, get comfortable, and let them roam between photos.
You need it to be a shorter walk to portrait locations
